Personnages: An Intermediate Course in French Language and Francophone Culture ReviewThis is the book that my teacher picked for an Intermediate French class at CSUEB, but I have to say I'm really disappinted in its scattershot approach to teaching both language and culture. The grammar sections are inconsistently placed, and the information about the differences between various Francophone countries is both minimal and evidently written for teenagers, of which I have not been for thirty years.
I wish I could say more positive things about this book, but if I had a choice, I would have picked a better book for the class. Pity our teacher didn't do so.Personnages: An Intermediate Course in French Language and Francophone Culture Overview
